What are the best lures for small bass and small pickeral?

I fish a tiny lake that has small fish, but it takes my mind off stuff. I can’t figure out what kind of lures and baits to use there though. All my current ones are for big lakes.

I find Mcdonalds Chicken burgers are very effective

Doesn’t matter if it’s big or small, it has big fish, and small ones. But to answer your question …

Small Bass – A 4″ plastic worm, a mini spinnerbait, and a mini crankbait are at the top of my list. Try some Renegade 4″ twirl tail worms for $1.16, a mini spinnerbait by Strike King for $1.67 (@ Wal-Mart.) and a Strike King Bitsy Minnow for $3. Those are all great for small bass.
And for baits, try a live-minnow.

Small pickerel – Use one of those Strike King Mini Spinnerbaits, A Kastmaster, and a Rooster Tail. Try a 1/8 oz. Rooster tail in silver or white, a 1/8 oz. Kastmaster in silver, and a 1/8 oz. Strike King mini in Chartreuse/White skirt.
For baits, also try a live-minnow.

Small white, yellow,or green curly tail soft plastic grubs/meal worms/red worms, or you can use a 1/8 spinner bait with a willow leaf blade.

all of your regular baits will work fine, but all in smaller sizes.

Try a Crown Seal Lure at. Great for bass and other species that go for lures. Also a great lure to have a bit of fun personalising it.
